Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
First, you pour a little water into the bowl, then put in the bowl 1/2 tablespoon of salt. You use scissors to cut off the head of the shrimp, remove the thread on the back and remove the waste.
Then, you put the shrimp in a bowl of mixed salted water.
You do this in turn with the whole shrimp.
You take the shrimp out of the basket to drain, then wash one more time with clean water.
Finely minced shallots, garlic and chili peppers. Cut the green onions into pieces about 2cm long.
Step 2: Marinate Shrimp
You put shrimp in a bowl, then add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon seasoning, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder coffee, 1 tablespoon color cashew oil (or cooking oil). Add 1 tablespoon minced chili, garlic, and shallot to the shrimp.
Next, use chopsticks to mix well so that the seasoning penetrates into the shrimp.
You marinate the shrimp for about 15 minutes.
Step 3: Roast the Shrimp
Heat a pan, add about 2 tablespoons of oil.
When the oil is hot, add the rest of the garlic, red onion and chili pepper, and fry until fragrant.
You put the shrimp in and roast on high heat, stir well so that the shrimp is cooked evenly.
When the shrimp is hunting again, you add coconut milk.
You roast the shrimp for about 10 more minutes with low heat, so that the coconut milk slowly penetrates into the shrimp.
You can add more seasoning to suit your family’s taste.
Turn off the stove, add chili, green onions and enjoy.
