Pork ribs, you can buy whole chest not chopped if you want.
Chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder.
Ketchup.
Fruit vinegar.
Salt, sugar, pepper.
Dried thyme or rosemary leaves (if available).
Instructions:
Step 1: Wash ribs and drain.
Step 2: Cook BBQ sauce
Boil a mixture of ketchup, fruit vinegar, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herb leaves (if any) over low heat, stirring for 10-15 minutes.
Add the sugar, stir gently until the sugar dissolves, then turn off the heat.
Note: if you leave the whole ribs, you should not cook the sauce too thick, it will make it difficult for the spices to penetrate into the dish.
Step 3: Marinate grilled ribs.
Apply a thin layer of salt, pepper, and chili powder to the surface of the ribs.
Marinate ribs with BBQ sauce.
Let the ribs rest for 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 4: Wrap in foil before placing the ribs in the oven.
