Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup of peas
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken and stir-fry until it’s golden brown.
- Add the diced carrot and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and mix well with the vegetables and chicken.
- Add the beaten eggs and stir well until the eggs are fully cooked.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Add the peas and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
